We ship from Peru to all over the world, including USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Asia, Middle East, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Items will be shipped on either Tuesdays or Thursdays after receipt of payment.

The shipping service we use are:

1. Serpost Peru: Certified Tracked 

*Certified Tracked = Approx. shipping time = 10-25 Business Days from Peru to North America and Europe.

Please allow for extra 1-2 weeks for deliveries to Middle East, Asia, South Africa, Australia & New Zealand.

(Please note that above shipping times are rough estimates. There can be extra delays due to customs checks, postal delays or postal strikes. We are NOT responsible for any potential shipping delays)

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns.

We do not give refunds.

We do not have the information about the legal status of all our products in other countries.

You are responsible for informing yourself on the legal status, import and custom laws of these products in your country.

It is not our responsibility if your products are confiscated by customs
